Nowadays, it is imperative for female celebrities to own at least one pair of Christian Louboutin shoes or boots.

But we know that most of them own at least dozens of the “Red Bottoms” if not hundreds as it is suspected in the cases of Christina Aguilera or Renee Zellweger.

This is the first of the blog series that showcase celebrities in their “Louboutin Game”- candids of Loboutin-wearing female celebrities.

Fierce: Ruthie Davis “Spike” Shoetie with Spikes and Swarowski Crystals

I always loved Ruthie Davis designs as they are always a step ahead of all other designers every season. They are inventive, fresh, feminine, sexy, and beautiful.

I especially love the new double platform booties/shoeties with metal spikes and Swarowski crystals at the heel section.

From the front, they look like any high quality booties, nice soft leather and handcrafted perfectly. But when you see them from the side or better from the back, then they turn into fierce shoes that look dangerous and sexy at the same time. I like the hidden double platform and the height of the stiletto heels as well as the overall shape of the shoe, which looks feminine and comfortable to wear.

As you can see, stars such as Beyonce and Katy Perry are already rocking those babies. I will be ordering a pair soon, and I think any shoe lover should have at least a pair in her closet and wear them regularly.

This year we have two major trends. One is the OTK (over-the-knee) boots that look simply gorgeous, exquisite and sexy and the other one is the ankle boots in different fantastic shapes-peeptoes, strappy, studded, platforms and more, which look classy and elegant. I personally love both types of boots and enjoy all different designs, of course preferring the high heel and stiletto ones over the others.

I have posted pictures of celebrities in over-the-knee boots in the past. Today, it is time for pictures of celebs in their sexy ankle boots, peeptoe booties and more. Most of them have a very tight shoe game and some of the boots are really fierce. Ruthie Davis has a great line of high heel shoes. Her platform pumps and peep-toes have very nice stiletto heels and despite the 4+ inches of heel height, they are really comfortable to wear.

Her choice of colors is bright and lively while maintaining a healthy number of staple colors like black, and the accessories -like the studs on the stiletto heels- are unique and tasteful.

It looks like currently her biggest fan is Beyonce (among other celebrities) as she has been seen on many occasions wearing gorgeous Ruthie Davis shoes.

Fellow Boot Lovers,

As you all know, 2009 Fall season brings us the gorgeous over-the-knee (OTK) boots. Once called “hooker boots” and strictly reserved for fetish events and stage performances, over-the-knee boots have already entered the daily life of many celebrities, who were eager to show off with their designer OTK boots in order to claim the fashion pioneer title. Like it is with every fashion article, these boots will be then a part of the daily lives of all fashionistas all around the world as soon as the summer temperatures cool down.

I know a lot of people, who already started (and some already finished!) their boot shopping to be ready not to miss the first possibility to wear those trendy tall boots. Some of the top models are already sold out and more and more companies are coming out with their version of OTK and thigh-high boots. There is a huge variety in terms of materials, shapes, colors and embellishments. Also, the prices vary a lot depending on the brand name, quality and the store that you buy the boots from.

One thing is for sure: We will enjoy wearing and seeing the beautiful tall boots again-after a couple of generations- and I hope that this trend never dies out completely.
