Le Silla Black Stretch PITONE Platform OTK Boots

I really love these Le Silla python leather OTK boots.

These sexy over-the-knee boots are made of black snakeskin and they feature 5.1-inch high stiletto heels with 1.6-inch platforms, pointed and slightly accentuated toes, slim and fitted above the knee shaft.

Despite the over 5-inch heel height, the actual walking height is a comfortable 3.5 inches with the help of the double platforms. The main platform is concealed and below that, there is a second mini platform that elevates the boots a little further.

While most other Le Silla leather boots with similar design are priced at around $700, the price of $2,090 at shopbop is ‘reasonable’ for these Pitone OTK boots since they are made of real python leather.

These black leather cutiut boots look striking as you would expect from a pair of boots by Versace.

They feature 5.5-inch high heels with a 0.5-inch platform in the front.

They have a pointed toe, cutout at the front of the vamp, silver buckle-fastening tabs at sides, slouching-effect, and an eye-catching metallic blue sole.

Originally priced at around $1,800, but they are currently on sale at several stores for much less.

Roberto Cavalli’s animal-print calf hair boots look fabulous.

These thigh high boots feature beige and chocolate-brown animal-print calf hair, a cone-shaped 5-inch high heel, a 1-inch concealed platform, light brown trim, curved top, and rounded toes.

The original price was a whooping $4,240 but they are on sale now at the Outnet for $1,272. A better deal does not exist as of now.

Rihanna was seen while shoe shopping the other day.

She visited Saks Fifth Ave in Beverly Hills, Calif., where she tried on some Louboutin heels and Chanel jewelry.

She came in wearing a pair of short jeans shorts displaying her slender legs and custom made custom made suede Giambattista Valli high heeled peeptoe boots that laced-up in the front.

The lovely Louboutin slip on sandals with golden heels that Ri tried on looked absolutely fabulous on her feet.

These are the boot version of the Casadei 8593 stiletto pumps that I have mentioned in my previous post.

I love the shape of the 5-inch stiletto heels and how the heels are integrated into the design of the boots.

Another feature that I like is the pointy toes.

These are also on pre-order for $1,040 at luisaviaroma and will be shipped by early August 2011.

Christian Louboutin Attention 100 Cutout Mesh and Leather Boots

Another masterpiece from the shoe-master Christian Louboutin.

These black sheer mesh and leather boots with ’only’ 4-inch heels feature have a round peep-toe, a suede lace-up front with leather-covered button details, stitch detailing, a cutaway heel and signature red soles.

Lately, I have been hooked on Kelly Rowland’s “Commander” single.

I listen to it all the time and dance whenever I can. It is a great dance song thanks to Kelly’s great voice and David Guetta’s incredible mix.

As a boot lover, I am also captivated by the video clip of this wonderful song. Ms. Kelly looks really hot & sexy in her skin-tight latex body suit and patent leather high heeled over-the-knee boots. She literally rocks those boots and dances so easily on those 4 inch stiletto heels while her dancers in the back struggle to keep up with her in flats!

I wanted to share the screen captures of that amazing video with all my fellow shoe and boot lovers.

Top Designer Shoes of 2010 – Part I

In 2009, we have seen many great shoe designs. It was a year of peep-toe booties, over-the-knee boots, stilettos and many different textures.

2010 is no different, so far. The same trends continue to evolve and we are blessed with great designs and gorgeous footwear. So far, we can see that the peep-toe booties and OTK boots will continue way into 2010-2011 Winter. The stiletto heels and platforms still rule-fortunately for all of us shoe enthusiasts who prefer the thin stiletto shape to the chunky heels. The biggest trend is the nude colors throughout the 2010 SS season. All in all, it is a great time to enjoy many sexy and elegant shoe designs.

Below, I have compiled some of my favorite designer shoes of the 2010 season so far. This is the first part of the blog about 2010 designer shoes.

What do you see in the above picture?

A bunch of people gathered on ice taking pictures and looking around, right?

This is actually Romania, somewhere near the Black Sea and the ice that people are standing on is the actual sea frozen overnight.

It is a wonderful natural phenomenon and people are of course interested to see it up close since it does not happen very so often.

What is more interesting for me is the lady in the black coat with the fur collar, who is carrying a large briefcase. Check the enlarged picture below.

She is taking a picture of the scene with her cell phone camera.

Look at her feet!! She is wearing black leather boots with stiletto heels! Yes, stiletto heels on ice! And she looks so comfortable!! Most ladies have problems wearing such heels on flat pavement and yet she is rocking those heels on ice!!!

This is amazing and I believe she deserves the title “Most Hardcore Bootbitch of the Year“!

She is a fierce bootbitch indeed!

Suede is The Other Leather – Designer Knee Boots in Suede

I love suede! OK, maybe not as much as I do love leather but still I love it.

The hardest part to deal with suede is to keep it nice and clean and as fresh as the first day that you wore those shoes or boots. It is not as forgiving as leather would be. But then again it looks kind of different each time you look at it as the surface changes slightly unlike leather.

I love chocolate – not only its taste, but also its color. It can be in so many different shades of brown.

And when it comes to ankle boots, I love the chocolate colored ones as well. They always look elegant and serious but also playful when combined with the right outfit.
